Wanted to bump this for fun to see how our GM skills worked out and how guys we selected actually did in NFL this year

As Titans I selected

1st round - T Laremy Tunsil (1st overall)
2nd round - WR Tyler Boyd (41st overall)
3rd round - RB Jordan Howard (64th overall)
4th round - FS Tyvis Powell (110th overall)
4th round - DE Victor Ochi (124th overall)

Review

Tunsil = Has started 13 games for Dolphins as a guard ,, Not 1st overall value but his fall at draft was unrpedictable when we did this mock. Still overall a quality 1st NFL season and longterm will slot in at T in a few years in Miami according to there plan
Boyd = Productive 1st year in NFL with Bengals. Has 52 Rec for 564 yds and 1 TD
Howard = Has blossomed into rising star. Has 1,178 yds rushing (5.1 Y/A) with 6 TD's as well as 29 rec for 298 yds and a TD
Powell = Has just 3 tackles as backup in Seattle
Ochi = Has one tackle for Jets ,, Been on practice squad most of year

For Atlanta

1st round-Darron Lee-66 tackles and 1 sack in 12 games for the Jets. Up and down year, but definitely showed potential for the youngest player drafted.

2nd round-Hunter Henry 32 catches for 435 yards and seven touchdowns. 3rd in TD catches amongst rookies and 2nd amongst ALL TE's. Heading towards a very productive career.

3rd round-Javon Hargrave-25 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 fumble recovery. Been the Steelers best rookie despite being drafted in the 3rd round. Another guy with a pretty big future.

4th round-Yannick Ngakoue-7 sacks and 4 forced fumbles for the Jags. 2nd most sacks for a rookie. Bright future again.

I'd give myself a pretty good grade on this. The Falcons did well IRL as well, but I think I would take my draft.

cowboys

joey bosa - 36 tackles, 9.5 sacks, FF, and gadzillion pressures.

sheldon rankins - broke his fibula and missed the start of the season, 20 tackles, 4 sacks and FF in 8 games, looks good.

karl joseph - sat couple of games to start the season, now out with an eg injury. 60 tackles and a pick. looked like a solid starting SS when he played. missed most of his draft year with torn ACL and with his smallish stature and violent playing style, injuries have to be concern.

mike thomas - no not the saints WR, the rams WR.. has mostly stood out for bad drops. 2 rec, 22 yds, in 8 targets. has made some solid plays on special teams when not dropping the ball there.

kalan reed - was actually mr. irrelevant. hasn't been cut but has played in only 3 games.

My draft sucked. Goff has not been good, Correa and Ridgeway hurt and Goodson is buried behind Jonathan Casillas (despite being better). Peake has flashed a bit for the Jets.

Vikings

1. Josh Doctson - was being brought along slowly then got a season ending injury. Vikings actual pick Laquon Treadwell was just as unproductive. Michael Thomas went next and was great.

2. Jaylon Smith - took him fully aware he was sitting out. Cowboys did same thing in same round. Still a wait and see.

3. Sean Davis - Pretty sure he starts now and has been ok at worst. A Steelers fan would know better than I would though.

4. Maliek Collins - Starts and has 5 sacks for a 13 win team. Good pick especially in round 4.

First two picks did nothing (2nd wasn't ever going to in 2016) but got made up for it with two solid picks in the middle rounds.

Cowboys:

1. Ezekiel Elliott, not much to be said here. Franchise RB.

2. Jaylon Smith, the big wild card of this draft, he was a top 5-10 talent, if he ever recovers this draft could be something special

3. Maelik Collins, now this is a player really coming on strong right now at the end of the season. He has 24 tackles and 5 sacks(all of which are within the last 7 games) you can really in part, trace some of the cowboys defensive improvement to him creating penetration from the DT position, good pick.

4. Dak Prescott, again like Elliot, not much to be said here. I think we can all agree he is a franchise QB in the making. This very pick has altered the entire perception of the Cowboys future, atleast it does for me

5. Anthony Brown, 6th round pick and has been solid with the injuries to Scandrick and Claiborne. Will really be able to make an impact if the Cowboys can re-sign Claiborne and move him to the slot more often

Rico Gathers is someone to watch, former basketball player with incredible athletic tools but needs time to marinade.

Without Jaylon Smith it is still a tremendous draft, if he is able to return it is potentially franchise changing

Panthers:

2nd round (traded down) DE Kevin Dodd - Barely saw the field. Oddly enough, the real Panthers somehow lead the league in sacks without addressing the position at all.

2nd round SS/LB Su'a Cravens - Kind of a luxury pick after taking Shaq Thompson in the first a few years ago, and he's played okay if unspectacularly, but Google tells me the Redskins might move him to safety when he gets healthy. Can't be worse than Whitner. That's also what I drafted him as.

3rd round CB Harlan Miller - He didn't even make the Cardinals (but was later signed to the PS then promoted to the 53 in December). That should tell you all you need to know in a defense heavy draft.

4th OT Shon Coleman - Injured, then barely played in 2016.

Not sure I could have had a worse draft if I tried.
