Looks like it is... it's actually been very quiet on that front. Too quiet. Maybe, Riquelme was right

Both teams are there safe and sound. No rain storms. Finally everything goes as planned, lol.

You can tell Cantor loves Boca. His reaction to the goal was hilarious.

Beautiful goal by river but Boca’s defense was sleeping there.

Europe got a taste of the best, craziest tourney in the world. Quintero is one of my favorite players, what a beautiful goal. He changed the whole match.

Agreed but taking off Benedetto was a mistake probably when the match flipped from boca to river.

Not even the good kinda glass

Benedetto probably isn't 100% yet, but he should've gone with a more mobile guy than Abila, maybe Tevez as a false 9 (although, Tevez has been awful too).

So, River won't have much time to prepare for the Club World Cup, where they'll play in a week's time. At least Real Madrid will have even less time since they have a one more game before that. Adding that to their poor performances, Real can probably be beaten there.

Madrid has the most Argentinian expats in the world, part of why they chose to move it there.

Shame a garbage red card ruined the extra time.

Doesn't River and Boca play in the Argentinian league against each other? If so, why isn't there this much war during those games as well? Or it is and just isn't publicize like this game was?

It's a little less heightened when a title isn't on the line but yes incidents have occurred in league meetings as well.

River ends up losing to Al Ain in the Club World Cup, lol. The drawn out schedule and travel couldn't have helped.
