Hill is such a wildcard but I'm opting to use him and Ingram at the moment due to Stewart's matchup. I feel like Matthews has the highest floor though (tough matchup vs Vikes last week).
Also is Palmer over Stafford with considering as Stafford is going up against the 7th toughest QB defense in Houston and Palmer is going up against the 3rd weakest in Carolina?

I wouldn't. Stafford is going to be throwing a lot more than Palmer. And though Carolina has the 3rd weakest technically, the numbers are inflated by 2 big games against (Ryan 42pts, Brees 42pts). Outside of that, it's 11, 23, 11, 15.
