With the 2014-15 season coming to an end last night it's time to look forward to next year. We are not in cap trouble for next year but everyone agrees Carle should be moved, especially with Sustr being a stud on that bottom pair.
I think we could pull off another Purcell for Gagner type deal. Carle to Buffalo for Hodgson? Hodgson has 4 more years at 4.25. We would save 1.25 if we keep him or we can buy him out at 1/3 salary since he's under 26. It would be hard to move him even with retention because his deal is back loaded so Arizona wouldn't like that cash at the end especially for a struggling player. Thoughts?
