Votes Ellis, but again, we've hit a point where I have 4-5 prospects neck and neck with each other.

I like that Ellis carried the momentum he built up in ECHL when he got brought back up to the AHL. Who knows, maybe he keeps progressing. He's two years younger than Pateryn.

It's tough when you start getting towards the end. I went with Bradley, Evans is right there though, Addison I haven't seen but sounds like he could be one of the better 7th round picks from Timmins in the last several years.

Crisp and Thrower were higher draft picks that have had injury troubles, looking forward to seeing how both bounce back. Ellis turned things around, going to need to show more progress though.

Hawkey I never saw since he was out most of the year, if he can get the starters job though that would be huge as it would be great experience for him in a tough conference. I also have heard good things on Hanley in the playoffs last year so I'm looking forward to seeing how he looks with the Ice Caps.

When you add it up, we have 6 prospects that have bloodlines to the nhl, 5 of them being their fathers. (Although, johnston doesn't totally count since his dad is a coach and never was an nhl player as far as I know).

The total number kind of crept up on me.
