So Virtanen from the Canucks gets taken at 28 dropping 22 spots. Brutal pick with so many others still on board who should have been taken even WITHOUT hinesight. Anyways he kinda picked up his game last season tho not so much in the playoffs. We will see if he can continue his reg season from last year or if hes reached his peak. 29 is NEXT almost done this 1st round reDraft so keep the votes a comin

I'd go with Pettersson here, or maybe Bennett, or even McCann over Fabbri. But obviously that scoring run he went on with Detroit is going to weigh heavily into this via the compelling power of recency bias. If Fabbri can sustain that sort of scoring pace, that's a fair placement, maybe even a bit low. But i'm not convinced it's going to be sustainable. A small sample on a bad team tanking with no expectations and tons of opportunity...idk. He's generally appeared more of a 30-40pt sort of player to me, the rest of his career prior. But i can see the argument for sure, if you have faith that he's going to sustain that level of scoring.

I'd go Fabbri here then Pettersson at 30.

Bennett/Ritchie/McCann/Heinen all close after that. Bennett had a great playoffs but consistently underwhelms offensively in the regular season. Ritchie I think is getting a little underrated because of a bad playoff run, but he was pretty solid for most of the regular season.
