Nylander isn't on the Mission anymore... Just saw them play a little over a month ago.

Top 3 American 96s

Below are the top three American 1996 players.

I have watched many games at the international silver sticks and there were three kids that impressed me. They were...

Nick Schmaltz - A great playmaker. Centre. 5"10. I would say he is the number one player in the country. Made the all-star team in silver sticks. 2010 - 2011 team = Chicago Mission - 2011 - 2012 team = Chicago Mission

Sonny Milano - An incredible goal scorer. Winger. 5"10. He is a great goal scorer with incredible hockey IQ. Made the all-star team in silver sticks. Led tournament in points until his team got knocked out in the semis. 2010 - 2011 team = Long Island Gulls - 2011 - 2012 team = Cleveland Barons

Aaron Hayden - Big solid defensive d-man. Defense. 6"3. He is a solid defenseman and he is the best hitter i have seen in a while. 2010 - 2011 team = Detroit Belle Tire - 2011 - 2012 team = Detroit Belle Tire

P.S - There were only four players that made the all-star team in silver sticks and they were Stone, Macinnis, Milano, Schmaltz.

These three players i think are future nhl players.

Tell me what you think.

P.S This is my second account. That is why I have a little amount of posts

actually imo far and away the best 96 player in the USA is Blake Clarke...played for Shattuck last year and this year is playing for Chicago Missons U16 team with the 6'00/185 already, playing up with the 94's and 95's he was 2nd in team scoring with the 3rd guy being 9 points behind him...the kid to me is a future Keith Tkachuk.

also Anthony DeAngelo is a late born 95 dman playing in the USHL the guy is going to be an amazing dman I would haave him ahead of Schmaltz as well.

I also like two USA players from Shattuck St Marys who are 96s in Mitchel Slattery and Marcel Godbout

Wasn't there a 1996-born with awesome moves hyped a few years ago?

I can't recall his name.

Top Prospect 1-5 rankings

It is the top 5 AAA teams in the U.S.

Here is the link:

http://www.youth1.com/week-10-bantam-major-rankings-5-1.html

1. Belle Tire
2. Chicago Mission
3. St. louis Blues
4. Long Island Gulls
5. SSM

Top players on Belle Tire are Haydon, Cody Gibson, on SSM you have Marcel, on mission you have nylander, The LI Gulls have Sonny Milano, Brian August, Jeremy Bracco, dieber, and on St. Louis the best player on that team in my opinion is Ryan MacInnis.

Wow, the Long Island Gulls a top team in the country? Man when I played midget AAA they were a second class organization. That was 10 years ago, though. Man times have changed.
