Any standouts yet? Sorry for the earliness, but every once in a while these threads reveal some names that end up panning out. If you don't like it, leave the thread!

Jon Duchesne
Brock Hiddick
Aaron Ekbald

Is Domi's kid 2013 or 2014... I just see a 1995 for the year but I dunno if he's late or early 1995.

For 2014 for sure... Look at Ekblad, DeAngelo, and Koys to be big guys in that draft.

With resspect, how about we let the player, who is 15, play a few games in the CHL before we start to decide that he his overrated.

Well I'm by no means calling him a bust, he can still prove himself. But hes not the top kid for the 2013 draft by any means right now, and is getting a lot of media attention IMO just because hes tie's son and is the complete opposite of his dad.

Fair enough, however alot of OHL teams have him as one of the best Ontario based players in the Draft, so I think using the term "Highly Overrated" it not fair to the kid. Ive met him, talked with him, and he really is not interested in the attention he gets.

Well, I hope Patrik Koyš stays in Slovakia such as Marián Gáborík did before draft. If he's such a good player, he has to be star also in Slovak Extraliga as a 16 or 17 years old guy.

Look at Marián Gáborík stats: GP G A P
1998-1999 HK Dukla Trencin 33 11 9 20
1999-2000 HK Dukla Trencin 50 25 21 46
2000-2001 Minnesota Wild 71 18 18 36

I hope that's similar to Patrik Koyš future...

I see that the lists seem to be either one league, or another... How about this group of players from a variety of leagues. I have seen about half and cant argue with any of them.

Micheal Dal Colle F Vaughn Kings
Ryan MacInnis F St. Louis Blues
Jack Surowiec F IN Racers-
Zach Weinger F FL EverBlades
Reid Duke F Calgary Royal
Nick Minerva F NJ Titians
Ryan Price F NJ Titians
Nick Bohatiuk F U16 Comcast
Bryce Martin D Calgary Bisons
Dante Canatella D Vaughn Kings
Davis McNulty D Junior Penguins
Travis Dermott D York Simcoe Express
Jonathan Duchese D 95 Toronto Marlies
Cam Hackett G Vaughn Kings

Some of these guys play for this spring team, but from what I hear they are very good as a team. I am assuming that MacInnis is son of Al?
This from another thread, but I think its a 2014 prospect list.
