No 10% discount this year


Not too bad. It sucks they took away the 10% discount but the prices are actually less of a percentage increase from last year compared to the increase during the regular season. I think first round last year was $102

Individual playoff ticket presale is tomorrow 1t 10:00 am. I just love how they think they're getting cute by saying
"Additional Details will be emailed prior to 10:00 am on Thursday"

That's their way of saying the password is still going to be "NYR2013" or "PLAYOFFS" or whatever dumb & obvious word it is and they don't want to clue in the only 2 people on planet earth who won't know what it is by then.

For the love of god, what the heck is taking them so long to implement unique passwords

They generally only hand out extra playoff strips when the Rangers have no shot at getting into the playoffs

The Devils tried to do this last year to keep Ranger fans out of the building, but it doesn't work. They tried to give out passwords only to Devil fans...but if someone wants the password badly enough, they will get it.

They should just make it where you have to log on to subscriber central to buy the tickets, that would solve the whole issue

What the devils did last year made alot of sense. They sent an email with a link specific to you and your account.
No Password needed, but if you did not go into TM through the link no dice.
That is the way they should do it. you log in, were allowed 4 tickets to each game, then that link/account was dead.
This is really how Rangers should do it.

Also funny how I was on "the list" and got one of these links because I had brought a group out to a Devils game. Of course they were playing the Rangers...

It didn't work for the Devils though. All you had to do was give someone the URL link and the unique password, and it could be duplicated.

Can someone post when the Rangers send out the email? Obviously you don't have to post the code, just want to know when the email with it is sent out. Unfortunately our account isn't under our name so I just want to know when the email is sent so I don't keep bothering my fathers friend for no reason.
