Can I propose that we move the deadline for players signing in Europe up from October 1st to September 15th?

There may be a lot of players signing lockout deals in the next two weeks. This saves us some headaches, separating "lockout" European deals from "regular" European deals.

Retirements could remain October 1st.

Spacek is fine for this year, but will retire in HFNHL before the 2013-14 season.
