Is it just me or is the NHL.com video streaming the worst on the frackin' planet?
Christ on Crutches it's awful.

I've been getting it bad lately too... The Lightning site is pretty bad on the homepage, but once i go into BoltsToday or whatever its called to watch the same vid, its fine oddly enough.

Final rosters must be submitted to the league by 3 p.m. Friday, but those attending the training camp-ending practice at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Tampa Bay Times Forum will get a sneak peek.

"When we hit the ice on Friday, we'll have our team," coach Guy Boucher said.

Two or three forward positions are believed open. And though Boucher said "nobody is set," LW Cory Conacher has consistently been used in high-profile situations during four days of camps.

Tyler Johnson finally got going. The center, who leads Syracuse with 20 goals and 35 points, has been under the radar during camp but on Wednesday got a long look on a third line with Tom Pyatt and Benoit Pouliot. He also took turns with the second power play.

Lindback had, perhaps, his best day at camp, allowing no goals during a 20-minute scrimmage and putting on a good show during power play practice with in-close saves on Johnson and Teddy Purcell and on Steven Stamkos' wraparound.

On waivers (presumably cut): Wyman, Taormina, Wilson, and Angelidis

Aulie, as expected, was not placed on it, however neither was Nacho Labrie.

Francobros before Anglohoes.

Wow, I thought Wilson would get a 5 game chance or so, because of his great camp.

"We feel he [Conacher] has done a lot in the American League already… and if you look at his year and half, he has continued to improve,'' Lightning coach Guy Boucher said. "He was good last year in camp . . . and he came in this year and I felt he was on fire the entire camp.

"I like his grit, I like his relentlessness and I always have, so he deserves it.''
"Labrie has come from so far, such a character person and brings unbelievable intangibles,'' Boucher said. "He's a good hockey player, too, and not just a big guy, he can play. So, we felt that he was bringing some of the things we were lacking.''
