While the drawn/taken/ended stats are interesting, I think I was right about goals scored on the penalties being a pretty meaningless statistic.

Looks like it so far. The distribution looks close to random.

I wish our PP was a little better, to give us larger samples, but that's easily solved with a bit more digging on past seasons.

For all the grief he gets about other elements of his game, he does draw penalties with the best of them. That's no small asset to have on the team, seeing as only 6 players on the team have scored more goals than Skinner has generated by drawing penalties.

That's huge. It gets even better if Muller can implement a decent powerplay during his first training camp next year.

Also surprised to see Gleason with only 3 minors. He's quietly (because we suck so bad) returned to decent form this year.

The penalty drawing of Skinner is what people ignore when they are whining about the figure skating and spin o rama's. He may be the best at drawing penalties in the league.

If only our powerplay worked.
