He fits right in with the trend the Jackets are setting though, which is why I don't want to end up with him - highly skilled and injury prone.

You're right, those are pretty bold. Actually I'd be ready to bet quite a lot that none of those two things happen. Of course, you never know but that would be incredibly shocking.

I don't know what to say for going out on a limb. I'll say like LeftKinger that there are going to be at least 5-6 trades on Friday night. I'll add that Alzner and Ellerby won't go 1-2; another defenseman will slip in-between them.

- Michal Repik will go in Round 1, somewhere between 15-20.

- No goalie will be selected in the first 45 picks.

- i will go in the first round, possibly to a team with excellent scouting in Europe (Det or StL?)

- Philly will deal the No. 2 pick after Chicago takes Turris. Somebody is going to pay a major ransom to get Kane at No. 2.

- Somebody is going to take Adam Bezak late in the first round.

- Alex Grant will go early in Round 2, if not late in Round 1.

- The best player to come out of this draft may not be selected until after Round 3 when all is said and done.
