2003 Draft Picks?
How many still need to be signed?
What day and time do 2003 picks need to be signed by?
Other than O'Sullivan are there any other big names not signed yet?
Deadline is tomorrow, not sure what time.
For the Caps, Eric Fehr is still unsigned
if their are not signed they automatically have to go at the 2005 draft?
They have to declare it...
I am sure no team will let their picks go back into the draft.
Masi Marjamaki of the Bruins.
2003 Draft Prospects
Who is left unsigned from the first 2 Rounds of the 2003 Draft that could re-enter it?
Eaves, Kaigorodov, Lyamin for Sens. Muckler is VERY quiet.
The Preds have to sign Richard Stehlik, though there's no guarantee they will.
Many I believe. For the Sharks, Bernier and Hennessy.
Steve Bernier, Josh Hennessey, and Patrick Ehelechner for the Sharks.
Not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, but it's what I came up with from HF's list.

Does that mean that you've taken off everyone that you can remember being signed?
Or is this a list somewhere on HF that I haven't found?
Also this doesn't appear to be just the first 2 rounds
There's a list on HF (the non-boards part). I took off the ones that have been signed.
For the first and second rounders, just mentally cross off everyone drafted in rounds 3 through 9.
Of course, it's not up to the teams. They can't make a draftee sign.
The signing deadline for '03 draftees is tomorrow (7/28).
A player does not have to declare. An unsigned '03 draftee will go back into the draft (or be a UFA if overage).
But, it is unlikely that any top prospect will choose to re-enter. If they re-enter they are subject to the new ELS limits ($850K including signing bonus) rather than the older more generous ELS limits ($942K plus up to a 30% signing bonus - up to $1.22M).
They've till' tommorow 12 am? I was expecting WAY more signings today.
Tremblay was a 7th rounder I believe
He is also signed i am pretty sure
He played in the ECHL last yr
same but I bet that many have already been agreed to in principal
just waiting for the final insentives and such
I'm just going by what it said on the list. He didn't have to be signed to play in the ECHL, though. It looks like he started last year in Jr. A, and not the QMJHL.
Fraser was traded to Chicago in the Zhamnov deal.
I read that the time deadline was 5:00 p.m.
Not that it really matters though, if I remember correctly word of draftees signing at the deadline in past years often doesn't make the rounds until days after the signing. It's different this year because the deadline is so close to the draft, however I'm still not expecting press releases as to who's been signed within an hour of the deadline or anything.
Yeah, I didn't catch it. They also had Kozak under PHI.
