I liked Erne a lot tonight when he was on the ice. Protected the puck well, showed good speed.

I like his game. He’s certainly not untouchable or anything but I won’t be upset if we hang onto him.

Totally agree about Erne. I've been really impressed. He looks like he belongs. He's dangerous almost every shift he's out there. He's creating a lot of chances, and he's doing it by himself when he has to. I'm really hoping that we're giving him a good look, with an eye towards utilizing him in the postseason.

Man, Serg was horrible defensively this game. And Dotchin, argh!

It's amazing that we keep winning and only have been playing two periods for about a month now. We aren't even playing well right now, but we keep finding ways to win, which is the total opposite of last season.

Got to fix this defense, though. Dotchin just isn't going to cut it in the playoffs.
