Muller definitely said that he didn't have concussion issues last time. Rutherford was more along the lines of "we have to evaluate him first to know". Here's a link to the story back then.

I'm pretty sure Skinner's injury is related to his neck. Serious neck injuries can be just as bad or worse than concussions, but I think he just tweaked it playing Toronto last week. He was rubbing his neck on the bench after he was hit into the boards during the game. It's probably a good thing that he is day-to-day, it's probably nothing too serious and it's definitely better than having a second concussion. I'm not too worried at this point.
