Not a bad job overall, but I am of the opinion that the Coyotes would choose Tukonen or Ladd over Wolski.
Thanks, I like Tukonen alot as well and wouldn't mind seeing the Rangers take him. I just don't think they will and will go for a potential PF - Ladd. As for picking Wolski for Phoenix, I just thought they could use a good LW.
I just don't see Wolski going ahead of Ladd, and i REALLY don't see the rangers skipping Schremp, we have no future #1 center, we have 2 #2 centers and a few guys who could move to the wings, but no #1's. I'll be very suprised if Schremp makes it past the rangers.
True the Rangers don't have any 1st line C prospects. However, they also don't have any big LW prospects. From what I've read Ladd could be NHL ready and fills a need, especially if Lindros comes back and can center the top line.
LW is the Coyotes biggest need, but Ladd is probably a better choice than Wolski, especially given Doan's success this year.
from a Sabres fans perspective I really dont see Buffalo drafting a Center when we are already logjammed in this area...more seeing us draft the best D available at 13th
well our Center need is a bit more than our LW need, we have plenty of Centers and wingers who can play LW, but no #1's. Not to mention even now we have no #1 center. I refuse to rely on Lindros, Mr. Injury as a #1 guy. I do question Ladd's"NHL ready" status. I mean he's a WHL rookie, not known before this year and suddenly he's NHL ready? I think more than a year in the WHL should be the basis for "nhl ready".
