Just saw a short video of Nico's summertraining on YouTube (added 23 of June). They also asked him and his fitness coach a few questions. I'm trying to translate the whole video and write it down in here tomorrow.
What most of you will be interested in is, they say the Devils Staff was very happy with Nico's physical condition last season, so the plan is to only gain 2 to 3 kg (4.4lb to 6.6lb) of muscles until he heads back to NJ. They don't want to risk that he loses any aspects of his game or risk injuries, since he participated in every Devils game last season. Probably the most interesting part of it anyway. But it's summer, everything about hockey is good for a hockey fans soul and body.
