I think that was our most dominant 20 minutes this season, and we've had some good periods. They got nothing going, and we were getting a ton of chances.

That's the most dominant period I've seen since that time the Blackhawks blanked us. I might be forgetting a few.

It looked like a Globetrotter game at times.

As happy as I am with the effort (and don't get me wrong - I am) - we're only up two goals. We've blown two goal leads before, and we've come back from two goal deficits. Great period, but it's one period of a 60 minute game.

They need to keep skating. And I don't think you can expect the same piss poor effort out of the Islanders next period.
