McDonagh, Stralman and Girardi have been immediate impact players. Boyle was great too. Only Callahan underperforms but he's still got like a 90 overall defensive rating

Well if we lose its my fault. Just win and all that stuff. I'm supposed to say that first because we went from last place to almost playoffs at around the same time I started doing that. Seemed like a good luck charm.
