I recall back in the Stanley Cup season, Zubov, Mo, and Hatcher all were top 3 in turnovers. No one worried about the first two, Hatcher was probably a bit of concern, solved by passing it to Zubov, if paired with him. If with Matty, they may have had a bit of a problem, but I agree with others.
Just check that list of highest turnover players in the league now. It is a virtual all star team, and the stats just reflects (still) that players who handle the puck a lot, and try to be creative have more turnovers.
