Selling the next 5 years, even for the Memorial Cup is something I can't see Bruce doing.

This will likely be Bruce's last kick at the can/Cup, especially as a host. He'll be turning 63 shortly after the Memorial Cup (birthday in June 2020), so he'll want to go out on top and cement his legacy IMO.
