BOSTON - The Boston Bruins announced today that Dayna Fisk will perform the national anthem at the Boston Bruins home game against the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday, October 13.

Fisk is a speech-language pathologist in the Boston Public Schools working with students at East Boston High School. Dayna attended UMass Amherst and Northeastern for undergraduate and graduate school, where she sang the anthem for both the hockey and basketball teams during her time there. She currently sings with local acapella group Bostonality in her spare time. She has been an alternate anthem singer for Rene Rancourt since the 2014-2015 season and has made four appearances at the TD Garden since then, including the 2016 Beanpot Championship.
