Much better spread out of the games

    I got my eyes on
Edmonton - Rangers: Edm needs a ****ing win
Boston - Detroit: wanna see some more Pasta dangles but should be a straightforward win
TB-CBJ: should be entertaining enough. Isn’t thisnTBs second game or something stupid?
For-Wash: strong candidate for game of the day based on how many these teams have scored
Cal-Col: MacKinnon playing great and a treat to watch

I did too. It turned into a pretty good game but I'm so glad from here on out there will actually be hockey on a regular basis.

So other than your team, what game are you all looking forward to today. For me, probably Tampa Bay/Columbus or Detroit/Boston.

Daryl Katz and Wayne Gretzky are at the Oilers-Rangers game. Pretty sure McLellan is canned if they lose.

Can’t wait to see Kuzy teach the Toronto fans who the real better player is.

That Washington/Toronto game could implode the universe.

His seat is that hot this early? Why not do it in the off-season?

Because the GM is a moron and decided just hiring new assistants would be good enough. I think Chiarelli also kept him so he had an excuse for himself if the team started out slow.

Katz wanted McLellan fired in January and had to be talked out of it.

But you really think it could happen this early? Wouldn't they give him a few weeks, at least, with the new staff?

Watching Edmonton is kind of like watching Lebron James playing with the Washington Generals.

It feels like this game for the Oilers is pretty damn crucial. A game that should be fairly winnable right before a stretch of extremely tough games....So if they don't get the win it could get ugly by the end of the month.

Was Drisaital just doing the Sean Avery towards Lundqvist?

Marchessault really does play a similar game to MSL. He picks his spots to "dart" in and out, even when he doesn't have the puck.

His leash is apparently incredibly short because of what happened last season.

He is incredibly stubborn and refuses to change a thing despite saying he took a long look in the mirror for issues a year ago. His coaching style is ten years out of date. The team also hired Manny Viveiros to help with the PP (he had the best power play in the CHL last season) and McLellan isn't allowing him to run the PP this season.

How did the Flyers not score there? Wow.

Vegas taking another penalty. Flyers will eat them up if this keeps up.
