That's a heck of a goalie. Would have rather won it in the 3 on 3. Don't think we beat him in the shoot out.

Saw a reverse angle of the Hoffman goal. While Larsson was down on the ice reaching to block/deflect the shot, Ullmark was looking toward him as if he thought Larsson had blocked the pass, and the puck was next to Larsson. Ullmark didn't pick up the shot until it was too late.

I honestly think they were ok in surviving the push. Don't like them falling into the shell a bit, but by and large this game only went past regulation because of the zebras.

They deserved to win until they stopped playing in the 3rd. It happened in the pre season and now continues. I don’t get how a team can be that bad with the lead.

It's tiring when you only have 3 lines and 5 defensemen at the end of a game. These guys aren't energizer bunnies.

Lol.... I dunno.... Did the NHL allow timeouts that last time Krueger coached in th big leagues???? Maybe he's just not used to them yet! Chuckle....

(Yeah, I know they were allowed when he was with Edm. But there was a time when there were NO time outs... remember??)

The Sabres have learned that points in the beginning of the season count just as much as those at the end. Now they have to learn that goals scored in the 3rd period count just as much as goals scored in the first 2 periods.
