I've heard that 04 prospects need to have a bona-fide qualified offer or else the team loses their rights, is that correct and is that why Minnesota signed Volo?

first of all, where do you get in signed,

secondo, Voloshenko is 19 years old, if they really signed him, maybe it's just that they want him to play in the AHL

finally, 2004 draft pick are still under the old CBA, I think, so he may not have to be signed before the 2006 draft
