Might be a good fun watch.

I'm skeptical of how it will translate to a TV series, especially on SyFy (I would've much preferred Starz, where Ash vs Evil Dead was allowed to be as gory as it needed to be). That said, the last two Chucky movies were surprisingly good. I especially recommend The Curse of Chucky. It's not camp like the numerous ones that came before it. It's a legit horror movie, more like the original and Annabelle.

SyFy is terrible and would probably outsource everything to Asylum which is awful studio
