My list isn't very exciting, since the vast majority of my gaming throughout my life happened on PC.

I had a fair few Nintendo systems that were there for one or two games (usually Pokemon or Smash), and I got a lot out of those one or two games.

Portal and Portal 2 have to be VERY high up on my lists to on pretty much all platforms it was on. Incredible games. Possibly in my top 10 or at least top 20 of all time.

SNES - Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
N64 - Mario Kart. Was considering Goldeneye, as that was my favourite at the time, but it hasn't aged as well as Mario Kart has. Tough decision though, so many great AAA games.
XBox - Halo CE/Halo 2. Probably Halo 2 given how much fun Xbox Live was.
PS2 - GTA 3. First great sandbox game.
XBox 360 - Halo 3 / The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. Absolutely loved both.
Wii - Tough one - Super Mario Galaxy or Resident Evil 4 (first time playing it and really enjoyed the control scheme).
Xbox One - Overwatch or GTA 5.
PC - Wolfenstein: ET or Runescape back in the day.
Gameboy - Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow
Gameboy Advanced - Advanced Wars
Nintendo 3DS - Link Between Worlds

Oooooh, Yoshi's Island is a good pull. I loved that game. I wish ANY of the Yoshi games since have been as good.
