I voted Mack, for what the Blues needed these past few years, Overall I think Markov is a better player but we have had pretty good defensive centers and could have used a player like Mack really bad. My vote is more of a what our team has needed in the past. Really wouldnt matter all that much, either one would have been our best center in years

Barkov is my pick. It`s the safer pick of the 2. He has shown to be a consistent developing 2-way player who drives his line and team. You can put him on the ice in any situation and know what you get. Mackinnon is faster, flashier and very good in the offensive zone. If he can keep up with this years play in the future my pick could change.
