  • Brossoit confirmed in net. Forward lines as they are. I don't think we'll see a change on defense but perhaps Gryba? Before-I-hit-post-update: Talbot out with flu, Klefbom a game-time-decision with the fu as well. Maybe we will be seeing Gryba.
  • Not very often do I read a players name and not know anything about them. Congratulations Kyle Criscuolo.
  • Buffalo seems to be in a very fragile state, get on them early and don't let up. We know what that's like. We have things barely being held together with sticks and mud, hopefully we can keep and string off some season saving and confidence boosting wins.

Several players must be feeling under the weather, probably the same ailment that McDavid's been dealing with.

I didn't watch last game. Was Draisaitl on the second line in that one as well?

Thanks. Did it look like it was a better setup for spreading out the offense? Score looked great, but how did it actually look?

It looked great because Leon Draisaitl is a really good hockey player.

I think Caggiula is a good fit with McDavid too, at least offensively.

Haha wow, talk about the lines being totally blended. But it worked last game so why not try it again.

Nice. I mean, this really is ideal if Draisaitl and Nuge work well together, and McDavid can make the magic happen with anyone else on L1. I might have to try and actually watch tonight.

I don't agree with Brossoit starting.

This game should be a layup for us , even if Talbot isn't "on".

Brossoit , meanwhile, sports an .865 save percentage and 3.65 GAA.

I felt good coming into this game until I saw Brossoit was starting .

I predict a loss because LB is in net but I hope I'm wrong .

I think we lose this one sadly. Buffalo is on a 7 game losing streak and we are playing our under 0.900s% goalie against them and we are a fragile team. Could see this going very bad for us.

Things we know....Poulliot will score.

Things we dont know....how will LB play?

It sounds so cliche but this is a must win game.

Talbot is sick. I'm curious if he'll even be on the bench tonight, or if they'll get an emergency backup from somewhere.

Having a goalie with the flu is just a bad idea
