Best match on the card is on the pre-show
Indeed. It's probably the match I'm most looking forward to.

The card in general is really good. Lots of matches I like, and then a Cass match... I'm very much looking forward to it.

And the question is how long are they going to give Lesnar before Joe kills him?

looks like a PPV that may actually be able to make the candidate list for "PPV of the Year" for the Slammy Awards. Haven't added one to the list since Wrestlemania, and that show sucked too.

Wrestlemania absolutely does not deserve a mention for best PPV. it should have a couple Best Moments though

there's literally no other PPV aside from the Rumble and WM on there and that's just because WM gets to be a finalist every year it seems. WWE PPVs have been so weak this year that it makes WM look like a finalist even though it was bad too.

Indeed. WWE have had a drop off in show quality this year, after a strong run of "doesn't look interesting, but will probably be good" shows. They've still been fine, just not consistently good.

The best PPV of the year thus far has to be the Royal Rumble.

Stupidest name ever for a PPV, but as far as theme songs go it's better than another bland forgettable one from Flo Rida or whoever.

The card looks really stacked for a non-major show. I was surprised they made the tag match 30 minutes with everything else on there; which probably means a few other matches will be shorter than expected.

As much as Raw bores me lately, Samoa Joe has done an outstanding job leading to this card, and I hope he comes away from it looking strong.

This actually a pretty strong card. Only Miz/Ambrose and Reigns/Strowman do not interest me. Even the Enzo/Cass thing has a gimmick appeal.

im giving it to Elimination Chamber, simply because it put on a decent main event

MITB was reasonable too but its booking was bizarre all night

I'd put Elimination Chamber 2nd. Royal Rumble only really had one bad match, and it was a match that was meant to be bad, and it was on the pre-show.

I don't know why but i just hate that picture of alexa. I can't put my finger on why.

I was gonna bring this up before the broken rumors came out today but this iron man match seems like the perfect time to get some sort of broken non sense going midmatch from a brogue kick or something.

I'm absolutely stoked for this. Great card and all of the matches have credible storylines and builds behind them. This should easily be the best Raw PPV since the brand split.
