Hard to say. Injuries really shifted his development curve to the right. He's 23, but has only played 33 NHL games in his career. He definitely had times this year where he looked like a solid 3rd pairing guy, and it's quite possible that with more experience he develops into a steady second pair D. But that's not a given at this point.
