I can't see him being as good if he's not "the guy" on his team. Everyone keeps saying imagine Karlsson with McDavid or Kucherov, but to me he makes the most sense on teams like Nashville or Columbus - not much in terms of star power up front but above average forwards top to bottom.

The only caveat is pending his health. Not sure if there are any long term implications/fears based on some of his recent issues and I'd want to know more. If so I could see quite a few teams being a bit more cautious.
