It's hard to say really. On the one hand, obviously they would be pretty much a lock to win the Stanley Cup. But on the other hand, i'm not sure there's even a way to bury enough of those players in the minors to become remotely cap compliant. And a team that isn't cap compliant can't win the Cup. So no...i don't think they could win the Cup.
