Lou Lamoriello hated ABC though, he NEVER let his players give interviews to the point where ABC was sick and tired of him.

OLN/NBC haven't had a problem getting an interview though.

Costas left the NFL studio show, he doesn't care about much else besides Baseball.

He was at the U.S. Open, and he's doing the studio show for Sunday Night Football.

He pretty much does what he wants there.

Considering he did studio for ABC I think Michaels still likes the sport and he's inextricably linked with the game.

See, NBC's perspective is, hey, were not losin a dime on this deal, so why not try and make some money and get some ratings while were at it.

I think NBC could improve by paying the NHL something. We don't make a dime from the games right?
