The wings need a player like him badly. I sure hope he develops well. Honestly I just want the wings to have a big strong guy that could shove Shea Weber's head into the glass over and over.

Tyler Bertuzzi isn't that guy.

Wouldn't say it was a bad choice when they drafted him. It was a questionable choice. I was fairly skeptical but gotta love that progress

It was a reach by rankings, but the Wings were playing a hunch he'd get snagged before they picked next, so they got the guy they wanted.

I thought reports out of WMU is that he is making progress year by year. No one expects him to be the next Shanny, but I still think it's possible for him to become a competent fourth liner.
