How many 2nds do the Leafs have this year so hard to keep track?

I believe only 2 unless Pittsburgh doesn't make the playoff and we have 3 but only 1 first.

If Pitts makes the playoffs, they get their 2nd (1st Winnik deal) back.

This will be a fast rebuild tons cap space tons of picks. So happy with this new management competent and experienced .

They can package-up these seconds to get another first rounder. They're going to have to trade 2 picks for 1 to move-up. They now have too many picks.

Interesting article: Good possibility why Leafs are acquiring 2nd's:

also a dumb article.

the odds of success out of the first round is insanely difficult. sure if you cherry pick out of approximately 600+ picks you'll find players that beat the odds, but the odds are slim.

after you get out of the first round, your probability that it's a non regular NHL'er is well over 50% odds.

the odds of it being a first line player is under 10%.

they aren't the "most coveted" at all, the reason they are being traded is the fact that no GM is really interested in trading their firsts.
