From a survival standpoint and for companionship

Movie - Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence version)...can be pretty much anyone
TV - Matt Graham from Dual Survival...easily live off the land for years, laid back
Anime - Senju Hashirama...can make anything out of wood/trees, control over various elements, nice guy
Comic - Supergirl...for protection, basically do what Superman can do but as a female companion
Video Game - Lara Croft...multiple range of skills
