Why did Sigalet opt out?

Maybe he thinks he'll have a bigger year or grow some. I know ISS is very high on him, and had him early in the season as a late 1st round/early 2nd round pick. Don't think he would have gone there anyways, but we'll see what happens to him next season.

The only thing on top of that, that I can think of, is that he'll be the #1 d-man at Bowling Green next year with Bieska gone. Nonetheless, I still don't get it, nor do I like it from his perspective.
