There is a place called "Cheap skates" that are excellent for second hand consignment goods. The deal is that they have a price and they mark it down 10% every 7 days. They have four shops and one is devoted to sports. It should be on West 4th or 41st before point grey school. Check the local yellow pages for consignments or 2nd hand stuff. They have some good hockey stuff. It still should be there.

well im not from vancouver or anywhere close, but apparently theres a place called play it again sports at this location, ..but if its anything like the ones we have here in ontario, then they have lots of used hockey equipment. plus new stuff.

not sure if langley is close to vancouver mainland...this was the best i could find for bc...hopefully this helps
