He removed the cookies, but he left a whole lot of crumbs. Also, anyone who's had chocolate chip cookies knows that the chips tend to melt and get all over the components. This guy didn't even check for that. Overall, it was a really lazy job and I wouldn't be surprised if that customer returns with more issues.
