I would usually just sit and wait, but I want to get the Bruins home opener game on the 16th so I'd prefer not to take the chance. If someone could give me the exact date and time, it'd be appreciated. Thanks.
I thought they usually start the regular season single ticket sales on a Saturday?
At least last year they did, it was Saturday September 7th.
I am guessing Sep 6th or 13th this year.
In fact, I emailed the Habs and asked about it but they wouldn't tell. They said the date has not been "announced" yet. Obviously they have a date set, but just won't disclose it.
Pre-season tix should go on sale around late August.
EDIT: In 2011 the sale date was September 9th, which was a Friday.
I'm from out of town and really need tickets for mid-late October. How hard is it to buy tickets when they officially go on sale? If I need guaranteed tickets, should I just bite the bullet and go with StubHub now and pay the extra?
