In a recent thread someone was comparing Marner's Second year to Eberle's second year. There was push back in being able to compare the seasons because Eberle was 21 (76 pt season), and Marner is 20 (on pace for sub 60). Theory being Marner should be given a handicap because he is younger, and the comparison is unfair to Marner.
Just curious, how much do you think the year matters when comparing young players performance?
