When are all countries announcing their Olympic teams?

So far, this is what we got:

Canada - December 21
U.S.A. - December 19
Sweden - ?
Finland - ?
Russia - ?
Czech Republic - ?
Slovakia - ?
Germany - ?
Switzerland - ?
Latvia - ?
Kazakhstan - ?
Italy - ?

Have any countries, other than what is already listed, announced dates of when they plan on announcing their Olympic team?

Our head couch said that he will choose 1-5 players from Europe so I think our olympic team will be accounted after Rosno Cup, Russia (Dec 15-18.)

Canada will shorten the list before then.

Not sure if that means reduce from 81 or name half the team?

There won't be more than 2 non-NHLers in finnish team and I wouldn't be surprised if all players came from NHL.

Karalahti is competing for the 7th d-man spot and all forward lines are about full, Peltonen might be in the running for 2nd line winger spot (though I wouldn't want hm there)

Selänne-Koivu-Lehtinen
T.Ruutu-O.Jokinen-J.Jokinen/S.Kapanen
Laaksonen-N.Kapanen-Miettinen
J.Ruutu-M.Koivu-Nieminen

Btw, Koivus, Ruutus, Jokinens and Kapanens have almost 3 of the lines covered...=)
