It's weird, it's almost like it's a 1 out of 31 chance (probably lower) to win the cup in the NHL, but hey, good job on being smart and appearing after 82 games and calling it!

No one likes when a poster takes pride in being right because we lost a game. Especially when your entire argument is based around the fact that, in the end, we never win the Cup. That's correct. It's the toughest trophy to win in sports so a team not winning it shouldn't be a shock to anyone. People try and stay optimistic and the last thing any fan wants to hear is one of our own trying to be all high and mighty about being right when we're all pissed off. People don't handle that well in November, much less in the playoffs.
