You always read about players 'adding size/strength' or 'filling out their frames', but to what extent does this happen? And do some players add height after being drafted?

I also think Kopitar was at 6-2 / 200lbs when he was drafted (he is now 6-4 / 220lbs)

Semin grew two inches and added about 30 lbs since being drafted. I think most guys tend to grown an inch and 20 lbs on average.

IF that is accurate that has to be the winner...50 GOOD pounds. There are some that have put on 50 bad pounds of course.

I saw Wheeler listed as 6'2.5" and 185 lbs. when he was drafted, and I've seen him listed now around 6'5" and 235 lbs. and counting.

Talk about a guy who haven't filled out : Martin Biron, he was 6'3" 160 lbs when drafted, he's now 163 lbs. I think Chelios is so old that he actually shrunk over the years.

Had a lot of babyfat at first, so I bet he was closer to 235 at his last camp. But he cut all of it off and is now all pure muscle. Dubi is a BEAST.

I think Stoll wins for shrinking the most though. Here lists him as 6'5 when he was drafted back in '02, and now he's listed as 6'1. :D
