Pfffff another italian name for something who don't exist in Italy.... :P

That's because it was created by Italian Americans, of whom there are now 17 million. There's more Italian blood in New York / New Jersey than there is in Rome.

Stromboli is delicious. Italy doesn't have a monopoly on good food, or even good Italian food for that matter.

In fact, I said that in Italy it does not exist. It only bears an Italian name (it is an Italian volcano) and uses classic traditional Italian ingredients. We do not really have a monopoly but it's definitely the best and most copied cuisine.

I’m doing Keto. This is a dinner roll made from cheese and almond flour, cauliflower mash, grilled asparagus and bacon wrapped tenderloin

Tried my hand at Thai Red Curry and it turned out quite well. Next time I'm going to add broccoli and up the spice with a few Thai Chilis

Today my family shall eat Baltic herring cassarole. I will salt the herring fillets, slice potatoes, chop onions, and layer it all in a tray with some pepper and dill. And bacon. Cover it in eggmilk, give it a hour and 15 minutes in 200 C until the eggmilk sets.
