AG9NK35DT8 : Im abot 9 % bodyfat right now ( controlled 2/2 2005) in so im not so far off. I will probobly be on stage in Lucia pokalen 2005 along side my training partner. He went ill 6 days before the ewent ( mid December 2004) and couldnt start. He was 6,0 227 ibs with 3,9 % boyfat 10 days before the tournament.
