17:30 A2 - B3
20:30 B2 - A3
21:30 B1 - A4

Canada is A3..... so EST schedule would be a 2:30 start.

TSN will have the game at midnight east. I guess that's an alternative. Watch Canada beat Russia then stay away from any form of media which might have the soccer game scores. Then at midnight east tune to TSN and watch it as it were live.
