What the Players/Owners want...

This is probably a dumb question but what do they each want in this CBA Agreement... I never paid much attention to the CBA but from what I understand
I know owners are trying to implement a Salary Cap but players of course won't agree to that.. but what else are they wanting.. What do the players want and what do the owners want from this CBA? Sorry for the dumb question...

I don't think it's dumb. Half the time I don't think either side really knows what they want, except that they don't want anything the other side offers.
